[Bards] new to the list do not shoot the question asker

Hey, aren't we all planning on Bordermarch Melees?  Since it's looking like 
such a lovely 3+ day event, do you have any ideas who, where, when bardic 
circles are planned?

I suppose if I learned nothing else at Pennsic it was how much it pays to 
plan circles in advance and coordinate them.

So, as if we needed another gauntlet thrown, could you let us know what is 
currently in the works, what else might be needed, and who could use a 
little help hosting?
