[Bards] Get rid of the bard's list

Ivo, the type of communication we're talking about should be on a personal
level, and not broadcast on a list.

Mainly, we have said time and time again that we need to coordinate with and
talk to Royals, landeds, autocrats and the like, but how many of them are on
this list? How many of them even bother to read this list when they are
getting ready for an event.
