[Bards] Get rid of the bard's list

Okay, now that I have everyone's attention...

Sorry, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity. 

But seriously, I think this list has its own drawbacks.

Mainly, we have said time and time again that we need to coordinate with and talk to Royals, landeds, autocrats and the like, but how many of them are on this list? How many of them even bother to read this list when they are getting ready for an event.

A lot of what we talk about --namely specific event planning-- really does qualify as general kingdom topics and could be moved to the Ansteorra list so that even non-bards can have input on it.

I know this is a slippery slope, but right now, were looking at a kingdom that is so throughly subdivided that we need to subscribe to ten lists just to find out what a majority of our friends are doing in the next group. 

All that being said, I think communication should be out first priority. right now we have a lot of issues, starting with the fact that some of the people who really should be seeing this aren't, and to make matters worse, some people who are in a position to help us out have been raised up in the SCA as officers to believe that bardic is specifically NOT their responsibility.
