I'm not sure, but nobody else has answered, so I get to speculate, by 
extrapolating from available data.

"Tolliver" is pronounced "Tolliver".
"Tagliaferro" is pronounced "Tolliver".
"Tallhoffer" is pronounced "Tolliver".

I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that "Taillefer" is pronounced 
"Tolliver".
