Well, since you asked...

1. "How To Say" project - I'm interested in the different ways people
pronounce various things in the SCA ("Anne-STEE-or-er" or "on-STAY-or-RAH")
and want to connect and study them, and maybe create a "How to say" guide,
especially for certain names. *cough*WELSH*koff*
2. Persona Story project - Some people develop them, so don't bother, and
either way is fine. But for those of us who have really invested in our
persona's background there should always be more opportunities to share
them. I'm always looking for a moment to ask people about their persona,
especially if they're intentionally looking for a way to bring the subject
up, or want to develop it more. I'd like to start collecting and sharing
them too.
3. Work on storytelling technique. (Performing comes naturally to me; the
art of storytelling, however, does not.)
4. Bardling crafts - Ways to build enthusiasm for bardic and the SCA in
general for younger players, with special attention for the different
learning styles - auditory, visual, and kinesthetic.
5. Finish the Mother's Day poem and memorize it for Beltane.
6. Write West Dragon's song.
7. Finish that other song I started months ago...
8. Recruit, or rather keep recruiting. I'm good at it. Do more demos, and
then hold follow up revels etc. Get people connected with the folks who can
teach them the most. The dream is dying you say? So let it be reincarnated
in as many new people as possible!

And that's just what's on my mind right this second...
