[Bards] Bardic Circle at the Gate

Known world Bardic comp?  Sheesh, the bardic comp at Bordermarch last year
was like 3 hours and that was just Ansteorra!....and just the ones at
Bordermarch.  Hmmm.

No.  This is new and it actually is not going to be a competition per se.
I've been in contact with the party organizer and will be posting
information on this very soon.
