[Bards] Loch Bard Competition

On October 31st, the Barony of Loch Soilleir will host the competition to
decide the new Loch Bard at LOCHTOBERFEST!

The Competition will be held in two rounds.  The two pieces must be of
differing styles (poem and song, story and song, not two songs) and at least
one piece must be documented as either being period or being composed in a
period style.
Entrants should have a third piece prepared in case there is need for a
final round.
