[Bards] closing bards list.

I think the SCA will wake up one day and wonder where all the 'magic' 
went. As an organization it'll think back on earlier days and wonder why 
things aren't like that anymore. And the answer will be that the 
populace in general killed it. When those who try to make things more 
special are ignored and dismissed, when we let our events get so busy we 
don't have time to play, when we ignore the things that brought us to 
the SCA because we 'don't have the time', we slowly kill the very things 
that brought many of us to the group.

Crowns come and go, Coronets change. But it's the populace as a whole 
that makes (or breaks) the Kingdom and the Society.
