[Bordermarch] Populace meeting on Thursday

Populace meeting / fighter practise will not take place this Thursday.
Many members will be going to site late Thursday to prepare for the work
day Friday. 

We will indeed have a meeting on the 10th, the following Thursday.
If you have something for the Coronation basket to be given to Their
Majestie's, please bring it to the meeting on the 10th.
