Mark,
Mistress Tessa and I attended the class at the King's RoundTable last (?) weekend entitled "Participating in the Arts & Sciences in the SCA" taught by Mistress Jehanne. I was provided with a handout that would be invaluable to you in helping new people learn about A&S activity and competitions. I'll give it to you at populace.

Mistress Tessa also participated in the "class" after the class, which was for acting MoAS and Regional MoAS officers. Mistress Jehanne is gathering information to create a MoAS handbook. Mistress Tessa and several others helped gather ideas and collate them into categories for Mistress Jehanne to use in the handbook.

The real art of conversation is not only to say the right thing at the right time, but also to leave unsaid the wrong thing at the tempting moment.
