You will be pleased to hear that your Excellent Baron, Armand De Lacy, 
proceeded through the 5th round in Queen's Champion Tournament, defeated 
by Don Edward Mercer. Through the 7th round, it was then Don Edward 
Mercer who proved victorius as new Queen's Champion for the adored 
Sibri, Regina.  Vivat!

HE Armand is the recipient of the Queen's Rapier, an honor named by the 
Queen, with a scroll and a braided symbol of the QR;   the braid given 
HE Armand was from the hand of, and from the personal belt of, His 
Majesty Dracontius. Vi-vattt!
