[Bordermarch] Rita evacuations

We're all in Arkansas with Bill's family.  FEMA has put us up in a hotel,
and we're planning on staying here till FEMA says come back or Lamar
reopens, or The Curse of the Bambino is lifted.   Keep us up to date, if you
