[Bordermarch] Candlelabra Light at GW

Greets, GulfWar goers,

For under the Commons tent:
Is someone delegated to be in charge of gathering tables?

Light:
The reminder came that this Commons tent going to Coastal Region Gulf War is a bit larger than the ones we have rented before, so there is a need for more light fixtures and providers.  

This is a friendly reminder and request that those who will be taking comfort and shelter in the shared GW 15 Coastal Commons Kitchen & Dining tent
to please bring plenty of votive candles to load into the chandalier/s to produce light from dusk until the wee hours of morning.  It takes about 24 votives to load one candlelabra.

Candle stands, glass votive cups, actual votive candles, any propane lamps with extra fuel, torches and fuel etc. would be appreciated for the use in the Commons. If I am understanding correctly, the Commons will be about 5/6 of under the tent and the Kitchen might be the other 1/6 of under the same large tent.

If someone is in charge of chandaliers and candles, thank you, and I apologize for overstepping. 

A crew of us will load up the Commons tent and poles into the cargo trailer Friday night (tomorrow) for it to be hauled to GW.
