[Bordermarch] Steppes Event Bordermarch attendance

To All,
Steppes Warlord  was a wonderful event. It was hot but at least it was not
raining although I know some fighters were wishing for it. We had a good
attendance from Bordermarch this year  we had 16 total go to Steppes.
