To all,
No Tyler Country does not spray all areas! In the 9 years I had lived there, and still go back for visits, they have never sprayed. My mother had asked one year why they did not and it was because of the long distances between places. The only places they do spray is in communities like; Ivanhoe, Woodville, Wildwood, etc. Seeing that Jones Country is out where it is and so far away for CIVILIZATION, they can’t afford to go out there. Also I bet the lake (pond) in the back surely has not been treated for Mosquitoes, there for they are coming from there. To tell you how bad it was I went and visited my mom and dad who lives like 25 miles from there (Hillister)this weekend and I was eaten alive. It’s as if the mosquitoes up there are SUPER SWAMP THINGS. They where like coming though the screen door. So yes I would bring SUPER SWAMP THING MOSQUITOE cans if they sell that at Wal*mart.
Yours in service

> G'Evening! We are home now unloading from Rosenfeld's Three Kings -Charlamania- a fan-tas!-tic event. Very like a mini-Gulf Wars with points earned. Great organized segments with lots of individual delegates.
> Had a blast.

> Simonn and I stopped in at the BorderKeep on the way home down Hwy 69 to pick up something from storage in our cargo trailer parked inside the walls.
> The MOSQUITOES at dusk were horrid!
> SwarMS of them! Little aerodynamic buggers were all over the site.
>
> I do not know whether Tyler county ever "sprays" like our city does to kill mosquitoes and deter mosquito larvae from hatching.
> I strongly urge Melees attendees two weeks hence to bring personal deep-woods bug repellant spray
> and or citronella candles/torch fuel and or
> some heavy duty yard guard sprays.
> Maybe bring a mosquito netting for over your sleeping area.
> Please feel free to cross post this to others lists read by Melees attendees.
