[Bordermarch] Mead Progress

Mead update,

The mead never really produced a lot of foam so the tube, acting as an
air lock, that connected the 5 gallon jar to the water bucket was
removed. An different style air lock was sterilized and then half fill
with water. It was installed into the 5 gallon jar of mead the same way
a cork is installed into a wine bottle. The brew is still producing a
constant supply of small bubbles, but no foam. It now looks very similar
to a large jar of unfiltered apple cider that can be found in any
market.

Your excelency,

I just was wondering if the mead ever took off and really started
producing
some gasses and/or foam. I saw your message on the Bordermarch list and
you
did an excellent job of explaining the process for everyone.

I am going to be out of town on business for the next three days but I
should have access to the internet, so just let me know if everything is

alright and if not I can give you a call and we can figure out a
solution.

Thanks,
Josh
