HE AmberLea asked me to let everyone know she is "taking a leave" from Galveston & her treatments this Friday night to attend the Danny O'Flarity concert at the Logon Cafe in Beaumont. She invites anyone wishing to help her celebrate her birthday to come and join her that evening. She goes back to Galveston on Saturday morning to continue her treatments, and will see the infectious disease department on the 21st for testing to determine whether the infection is gone; and then the knee doctor the next week to schedule the knee replacement. She is doing well, just bored sitting around the hotel with only the tv for entertainment.
