Populace, All,
Please help communicate to others who may not be subscribed to this list that Thursday, Feb 22, is Populace Meeting for the Purpose of Polling.  7:30 @ Gander Mtn.
Come ready to write your opinion. You may view three letters of Interest on line at

There are to be no speeches nor presentations nor campaigning of any kind Thursday.

Thank you to the three couples who have willingly subjected their lives to scrutiny, to schedule alterations, and to interrupted quiet around the homes due to phone contacts, etc.   The words "thank you" are inadequate to convey appreciation for your selflessness and servant attitudes.  

Reminder: Each participant please bring your blue card if you are paid.  If your membership recently lapsed and you have renewed, please bring your old blue card and your proof of renewal.  
Opinions from every participant are sought. 
Paid participants will be handed an opinion ballot to fill in that is one color, and 
non-paid participants will be handed an opinion ballot of a different color.

Opinion poll results will not be revealed to the populace.  
Only the Regional Seneschal Lady Brenna will count the opinion polls, after the meeting, away from the meeting place. The results will be given to the Crown, Their Majesties Romanius and Deanna.
The Crown is not bound by opinion poll results.  They are depending also on Their interviews, on Their own observations, and on any other factors They deem note-worthy.
The Crown seeks personal letters of commentary, on separate papers than the polling ballots 
(There is no space on the ballots to write sentences), that They may wisely consider Their decision.
If you have not sent a letter of commentary to the Crown, you may do so right away in email:

The Crown may ponder until March 10 before determining Their decision.
The decision of the Crown is final.
