[Bordermarch] Recipe For Corn Bread Casserole

For anyone interested in the recipe for the corn bread casserole that was at 
the picnic today here it is. For everyone else who was not able to make it, 
you missed out on a great time and you will have to make it to the next one.

1 can whole Kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
8 oz sour cream
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
2-3 TBSP sugar 2 eggs beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg Jiffy brand corn muffin mix

Combine all ingredients except muffin mix, pour into casserole dish,
sprinkle Jiffy Mix over the top of the mixture, use a spoon to fold
the Jiffy mix into the wet mixture, don't over mix, bake at 350 for 1
hr
