APRIL POPULACE  MEETING, MONDAY, APRIL 23,   -M O N D A Y-  Gander Mtn.
Her Excellency Caitrin is planning to schedule Gander Mountain for Monday, April 23, 2007
the beginning of the week before April Investiture.  

(Announcements had been published to hold Populace Thursday, 19th, the third week of the month, at Rogers Park, because a large number of populace would already be involved "at event site"  on the last Thursday of the April.)
