BELOW IS AN INFORMATIOVE POST FROM THE RED TAPE LIST
THAT ANSWERS THE QUESTIONS H.E. VALENCIA POSED:
This is the true and final word of accuracy from Kingdom Seneschal, Her Grace, Duches Julia.
I hope to see Valencia and Charles bringing their nephew to as many events as possible!

Correct...The Minors Consent to Participate is not required if the child is a blue-card-carrying member.  The other two forms are required if the child is being brought to an event by someone other than their parent.  The Permission Form would be turned in at Gate; the Medical Authorization would be kept by the designated adult in case an emergency occurs that required the child to have medical treatment.

  To be more specific, the waiver doesn't need to be signed if the minor
  has a *blue* membership card.  It's possible to be a paid member and 
  still need to sign the waiver.
