Nice to hear your coming to such a wonderful event.  You certainly won't be sorry. L. Slovaczek is just the person you need to contact as L Meresankh mentioned.  You can also pick up a plate,cup,bowl and utensils at any flea market, Goodwill or garage sale.  It's really fun to mix and match stuff and try and find things that look old.  Also you would be surprised what you can find for garb...let your imagination flow...there are belts, baggy pants and over sized shirts and even jackets....sometimes you have to look in the women's section and then add or subtract from the garment.  Let your creative juices go.
