HE Armand de Lacy / Richard Parrish just called.  Only minutes ago, his dear Mother breathed her last and slipped from here to eternity.  She had been in frail health for quite some time.

Memorial arrangments are pending; will be conducted by Broussard's. Detail to follow.

She had experienced a sweet Mother's Day this past weekend and Richard's parents had observed their 47th Wedding Anniversary.
