Here's some info that should answer your questions.

Bordermarch Baronial Event
Chivalric, Rapier, and A&S Champions will be chosen. 
May 9th 2009--One day event
Winnie City Park, in Winnie Texas
Winnie is locate on I-10 about 30 miles from Beaumont if you head toward Houston.
Exit #829 Hwy TX-124 (also called Gulfway Dr/Fm1663)
Head south (right from Houston, Left from Beaumont) Site is located about 1.7 miles from I-10. Turn left on S. Park St., Winnie Park is on the immediate left.
Cost: $6 for 18 & up; $3 for ages 6 to 17; under 6 free.
      $3 surcharge without proof of membership.
Family max $18 (not including non-member surcharge.)
FREE feast--Bring feast gear!
