[Bordermarch] Officer meeting

Hello everybody,

In an effort to simplify the meeting requirements we are going to try out having the officer meeting from 7:00pm to 7:30pm on Thursday, populace will follow after.? This format should work for these slower months when there is little activity to discuss at officers meeting.

So NO officers meetin tomorrow night, and officers/populace meeting thursday starting at 7:pm at gander mountain.
