To the fine populace of Bordermarch,

It is with a sad heart that I must inform you of the disabilities that
afflict our great Baron.  I personally would not have believed such
tales had I not witnessed them or been told by some unreliable
source...but here they are.

First and possibly the most troublesome is his newly developed problem
of determining the difference between the Lord and Ladies restrooms.  I
was witness to this embarrassment and truly it was as troubling as it
sounds.  To see his prominent jowls mouthing the words "Which one? Which
one is mine?" was bad enough.  I was then told by a source that will
remain nameless that he had earlier been confused on ordering a meal
from a food tavern menu using the numbering system to the right of the
description...."I would like the 8.95 meal with the 1.35 soda".
Needless to say we all need to support him in his public outings and
Sheppard him as much as possible.

As far as the Populace meeting please disregard his mistake, he is using
the Mesopotamian calendar which skips the third Thursday of April every
fourth year when the yak's fur is full.
