My dearest Thelismar,

While I share your suspicions about our fair captain of the seas I can
assure you that he and his crew were not the ones you suspect.  I was
with our pudding headed captain and I do not think that he is up to such
a daring raid that you speak of.  In fact I had the opportunity to
witness his combat skills over the weekend and let me tell you, he truly
lives up to his name.  He has a crusty outside but is soft and pudding
like in the middle.  At certain times I was certain he was flaming...but
that is another story.

On a different note I was proud to hear the Baroness adopt my pet name
"swallow" for Sewallis.  Once a Baron/Baroness confirms your nick name,
you are it!  Thank you, your Excellency.
