Greetings, Pamela and Caradoc
Our home is north of Parkdale Mall.
Heading NORTH on Eastex Freeway -same as Hwy 69 & Hwy 96, all the same
pavement- take the Hwy 105 Sour Lake down ramp and
stay on the feeder road, all the way to the LNVA Canal overpass... about 4
blocks.
The LNVA Canal Management Plant office is on the (horse-shoe) curve, RIGHT
of the feeder road where the underpass is. At Plant Road, turn RIGHT.
(If you stay on the feeder road and go to your left under the overpass at
the LNVA Canal, the road will horseshoe back up to Eastex Freeway @ Hwy
105.)
On Plant Rd, it's not quite a mile to our home, 7510 Plant.
We'll have a few classes, but I am uncertain who got in touch with the A & S
Officer, Nikolai, about who is demonstrating what.
The current A & S Champion will be teaching a class. There is also planned
at least a kitchen class, a banner class, a Gate Class (preps for Melees),
and possibly pottery.
If you'd like to teach something, please let Their Excellencies or the A & S
Officer or myself know.
BYO swimwear, towel, floaties for the kids, sunscreen, lawnchairs;
bring the meat or what you want to cook on the grill and brings a side dish
or snack to share on the buffet.
I will have lots of tea and lemonade.
Fondly,
Tessa
