Dearest Jillian,
Thanks ever so much for taking on this barony task so eloquently. Please put HE
and I down for cool beverages (iced tea,Gatorade, waters, etc..) all weekend and
a dessert (yes I will remember there are diabetics this time) for Friday night.
We like your meal plan for the whole event and would be willing to supply
cheeses and lunch meats or anything else if needed. We also have propane
stoves, big pots and serving dishes galore if needed just need some heads up.
We're here to help my Lady.
Grace,
Elisabeth and Santiago

Greetings Barony!
Yes, it's still early to plan for one meal on the Friday night of Melees,
but I'm going to try anyway! I'll have a sign-up sheet at the A&S Day
Saturday (7 Aug.) and I can be reached here, through Facebook, or any number
of other places with any questions or commitments you might have. So far
we're having:
1.) AmberLea - Pasta Fagioule (Italian chili & beans)
2.) Jillian & Thomas - noodles for fagioule, bread & garlic butter
3.) Therese - salad
Kinda meager at the moment. Jump right in with suggestions! I was also
wondering if we'd like to arrange either households or individuals to
volunteer breakfast donations for Friday or Saturday or even lunches if we,
as a Barony, would like to share our meals throughout the event. I've got
plenty of blank space on this sheet to jot down notes. If you plan on
bringing any cooking equipment that the Barony might make use of at our
camp, I'd appreciate a heads up on that as well. Knowing we have some way
of heating water or other dishes might help our friends and neighbors decide
on a dish they can share with us!
Lunch Lady In Service,
~Jillian
