[Bordermarch] Hot or Cold bags for Baronials

 I have 4 large(40X18X16) insulated bags, good for hot or cold, from
work to store food in and if desired I can try to scare up 2-3 more.
My company also has a portable A/C unit that I am going to try to
procure and use with my pop up pavilion that has walls. My thought is,
this would mostly be for cooling down anyone feeling the heat and lead
to a Chirurgeon bored off his seat, which is often a good thing.
