Your Excellency Santiago,
Simonn and I will attend populace tonight.
Must say, he and I are usually able to be helpful with lots of pre-event 
labors, loading, hauling larger items for event preps.
At this stage in our recoveries, for end of June event, neither one of us 
will be able to go get tents from the shed at site and haul them here; not 
go set out road signs; stc.
We will not arrive event date sun-rise as set-up crew no be able to do much 
evening break-apart work.
Physical limitations currently in our healing processes have us slowed and 
to some extent, not able.

I can present a Gate Class for those who need it.
That could be on a Monday evening while Armory is meeting at our workshop 
garage, or perhaps another convenient date.
