Greetings all,

Ah, but you can!!  Those who live outside the Kingdom who wish to
participate may chose a branch that their numbers will count for.  Then all
you have to do is work out the "who gets how much" part.

Wasn't that easy.  Now go back to making insignias (GRIN)
