Great, thanks.  Othar and Mel are working on that side of it.  The
reason for the delay in starting fighter practices is to get the
organization set up.  I don't know if they have a staff sponsor set up. 
E-mail me off list if you need their addresses and they don't chime
right in (finals, you know).

This does not mean that we are reactivating the College, yet.  We may
move in that direction (and will if the response is adequate) but that
is not what we are doing right now.
