I have the pleasure of being the Regional Youth Rapier Marshal for this
region.  I am looking for applications for the local offices.  I have
been contacted by people from la Marche Sauvage, Loch, Torre and
Stargate.  If you are interested in this program please contact me.  If
you know anyone who is interested but not on this list please give them
this information.
