CR - planning meeting

Dear Kaitlyn,

I realize that I had asked you to change the meeting
time to the weekends and I appreciate your doing so,
whether at my request or not.  My work schedule
doesn't allow me to attend weekday evening meetings.

Unfortunately, I can't attend this meeting either
because I'm at work.  ARGH!!!!
