[Coastal] Subscribing to hou-announce

Good morning:

I have received several subscription requests for Hou-announce at ansteorra.org
(the new "Houston announce" list). This is unnecessary if you are subsribed to
any of the local lists (stargate, gatesedge, westgate or
ravensfort at ansteorra.org). Hou-announce is not an email list in the sense that
those four are. Rather, it is a convenient address for distributing local
announcements (just like ansteorra-announce, except not kingdom-wide). Everyone
who is subscribed to at least one of those four lists will receive one copy of
announcements sent to Hou-announce.

So please don't request to subscribe to this "list". I am not approving any
subscription requests to Hou-announce, in order to save you from having multiple
copies of local announcements fill up your mailbox. If you want to receive
messages sent to Hou-announce, just subscribe to one of the local lists it feeds.
