[Coastal] Subscribing to hou-announce

Perhaps 'Coastal' could be added to the distibution list, but that might
defeat the purpose.   The list was mainly designed to avoid mass duplicated
e-mailings to folks on the area lists, but one extra purpose for this list
was to avoid having information on the Coastal list that did not apply to
the whole Coastal list, but we in this area tend to use it that way for our
local LochRaven'sGate area information; hence the Hou-Announce.

Lady Medb had discussed creating a Loch list at a recent Heralds meeting,
so the Loch may have a list coming soon anyway.   When they do, they will
be added to the Hou-Announce.

The problem is, some of us don't live in Stargate, Gates Edge, Westgate or
Ravensfort.

What about the Loch?

Is it really necessary for us to start a Loch Soilleir list, just so we get
Houston announce?
