[Coastal] trying to get to Warlord

Hello with a report from Bordermarch.
Most everyone here fared well with only the threat of water in their homes. Sir
Simonn and Mistress Tessa were the worst hit, I believe. I spoke with her on
Thursday evening, and they had quite a bit of water in their home; and I
understand that today they had even more water (several people were going there
to help them pull up carpet again this morning.)
