[Coastal] Rapier Melee Practice at Elfsea on Sunday

Unto the Rapier Fighters of the Coastal Region  -

There will be a melee practice on Sunday, September 23 after Elfsea Defender.
It will start at 10 am at the Elfsea site.

If you are going to Gulf Wars and intend to fight in any of the War Point
rapier melees, please come out and practice with us.

Even if you are not going to Gulf War,  come on out anyway and help us kick
butt on Edward Mercer and the Central Regional Team.  Edward seems to think
that he can get more fighters to show up than any other region can - let's
prove him wrong!
