[Coastal] Driving road conditions?

All closed. As a reference: You have to go through Kenedy and Yorktown to
get to Corpus from Victoria. (Husband was supposed to go down to  Corpus
tomorrow for work.) Hwys 77, 59, and antoher one are all closed at some
point between Victoria and Corpus.
