[Coastal] Attn: New Rapier Fighters and Those Who Love Them

Ansteorra rapier authorizations come in two flavors: light rapier (which
includes foil, epee, "double-wide" epee, etc) and heavy rapier (which covers
schlaegers, "Scottie" rapiers, Del-Tin, etc). So if Corvin has an
Ansteorran authorization for foil he is also authorized for epee. But if he
wishes to use his foil for the tourney there shouldn't be any problem,
unless the tournament is specifically limited to epee for some reason.

As for what weapon to start with, new fighters always begin with either a
foil or epee before moving to heavy rapier. But preference between foil and
epee is largely determined by the fighter and who he/she may be learning
from. My personal preference is start with a foil since they are generally
more flexible and thus more forgiving while the fighter is learning their
range.
