[Coastal] Melee Practice set for October 8

Greetings,

The fall melee events at Three Kings and Bordermarch Fall Melees are just
around the corner.  Gulf Wars is just a short 6 months away.  It is more fun
to fight in groups.  All good reasons to get melee practice started again.

So, on Tuesday October 8th at Stargate/Loch fighter practice we will be
having melee practice.  Bring all your toys and join us as we sharpen our
skills for the upcoming Melee Season.
