[Coastal] Loch Stargate FP

Could someone please tell me the exit and simple directions to the 
Loch-Stargate fighter practice?  Please don't tell me to look at a map because being a 
man, I don't' usually ask directions and my map reading skills suck.  I have 
been to three FPs in the last 5 years and each time I have gotten lost. Probably 
one of the reasons I don't go much any more.  I will be coming up from the 
South on 45-that much I know.
I am sure that the practice this week will be rained out so that gives me a 
whole week to Clorox my leather-got green stuff growing on it and steel wool my 
metal-got brown stuff growing on it and try to find my shield.
