Greetings,

As the Commander for the Coastal Region, I am tasked with giving troop
counts to our command structure and His Majesty.  Could a representative of
each Shire, Barony, and Canton please contact me privately with an estimate
of those they believe are going to Gulf Wars, and those who intend to fight
(Chivalric, Rapier, Archery, Siege).
