[Coastal] Devices on Coastal tabards

If we're offering opinions...

I think it would look much better to add little sleeve-thingies that are gold
with the black star on them. (Are these called epaulets?) That would be adding
a gold rectangle to each shoulder of the existing tabard and painting or sewing
a black star onto it. It would clearly mark you as Ansteorran while not messing
up the neat lines of the tabards. And it wouldn't be very hard.
