[Coastal] Devices on Coastal tabards

We had the epaulets on last year, actually, but I thought the Crown had
requested a more obvious symbol. Perhaps they meant the Coastal people with
no kingdom symbol at all?

If we're offering opinions...

I think it would look much better to add little sleeve-thingies that are
gold
with the black star on them. (Are these called epaulets?) That would be
adding
a gold rectangle to each shoulder of the existing tabard and painting or
sewing
a black star onto it. It would clearly mark you as Ansteorran while not
messing
up the neat lines of the tabards. And it wouldn't be very hard.
