[Coastal] GW commanders

Greetings to all fighting warriors of the Coast!

I need to get as accurate account of units and strengths that can be expected from the coastal region as soon as possible.  Will each person leading an organized unit please send me your contact info, and an extimate of your strength ASAP?  Also, could I get the same from each Barony/Shire that will be fielding a group, if they are not part of some other unit?  Contact information for a leader or at least a liason from each unit will make it easier for me to pass information on to you as I get it from the upper command structure.
