[Coastal] Gulf War

Greetings to the Coastal Region,
 
The shires of Seawinds and Stonebridge Keep are seeking to reserve land for GW.  Unfortunately we only have 17 reservations at this time and we need 20.  If anyone is interested in securing land with us for GW please contact me.  The deadline to preregister is quickly approaching.
