[Coastal] Loch EQ Practice

Well,  Stargate isn't quite the last chance to authorize before war - Loch's 
practice is on Sunday, as usual.  Starting at noon until dark or 6pm or we've 
had enough.

Archery starts at 2pm.

Most of the rain went north, so we've only got a few muddy spots, otherwise 
footing should be good for all activities.
