[Coastal] movie demo opportunity

My Dearest Populace,  A wonderful demo opportunity is
coming our way. It will be to coincide with the opening of
The Kingdom of Heaven movie, at the Cinemark Theatre at
Nasa Rd. 1 and I 45 south in the Clear Lake area, just
south of Houston. It will be from 2-5 PM, on Saturday, May
7. I will need to have several fighters, both Chivalric and
Rapier (they are not concerned with being period to the
movie), bards, Middle Eastern dancers, musicians,
artisans,people to hand out flyers etc. They will have a TV
in the lobby with a DVD player to sell ourselves and a
table for phamplets etc.If we do a good job, they will
hopefully call us for other movies as well.  If you can
make a firm commitment to this cause, please email me and
let me know what you would like to do etc. to help. I will
be getting with the manager to work out the details after I
see how many people and what types to things to expect to
demo. We will be doing signage for the lobby in advance, to
advertise the movie, as well as us, to generate an
audience.
